BAGLIO CAPPELLO

The Baglio, from the end of '700, is a fortified farmhouse with a large interior courtyard, with two floors, an antique small chapel and storage rooms where work tools were kept.

 

Daniela, keen on good food, is graduated in the University of Gastronomic Sciences. The experience she suggests is a Cooking Class to discover the history and the gastronomy of Sicilian cooking, choosing seasonal products picked from her own organic garden.

 

 

The experience she suggests is a Food Experience where you will taste traditional Sicilian dishes accompanied by fine Sicilian wines.
