The estate, with its 130 hectares of vineyards, purchased at the beginning of the last century by the great grandfather of Anna and Clara Sala that was part of an old farm of over 1500 acres of hunting Principles Saporito, today finds itself in one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Mediterranean, already the

WWF reserve since 1998, in which the geometry of the vineyards alternate with the dense maquis, a favorite place of the osprey and the bittern.

The Winery, strategically built in 2000 in the center of the farm, based on the structure of the ancient Sicilian baglio. There that are followed all stages of the process, from the vineyards, strategically close to the core, to the finished product. The evolution of the wines is constantly followed by two winemakers an agronomist and a team of specialized personnel. Passionate and experienced people whose mission is to produce wines of high quality, rich, intense, soft taste and sweet tannins, harmonious and elegant. 

The factory of 9,000 square meters, with a large thermo-conditioned warehouse of 2,500 square meters, has a production capacity of more than 1,200,000 bottles a year. The cellar is equipped with the best wine-making methods that enable cutting-edge, while making wine with traditional procedures. The production area has a total capacity of 10,000 hectoliters and all stages of the transformation are strictly controlled with sophisticated technologies, such as bins and hoppers with soft presses with the aid of nitrogen pressurization. All tanks, scaffolding, gates and tanks are made of steel ASI 316; alloy steel for pharmaceutical use.
