TREKKING
There are several routes available to visitors who can explore nature reserves in the west of Sicily.
Particularly interesting is the “Nature Reserve of the Zingaro” which has an area of 1650 Hectares, a coast line of about 7 km, formed by a rocky coastline with limestone of Mesozoic, characterized by numerous coves and cliffs that lead quickly to the sea from a height of 913 metres.
There are three routes proposed in the reserve to discover the flora and fauna and admire breathtaking views: between 7 and 14 km in length connecting Castellammare del Golfo and San Vito Lo Capo.
