OLIVE HARVESTING
The purpose of this experience is to know the varieties of olives native to the area, such as the “Nocellara del Belice” or the “Biancolilla”, and the methods of production of the excellent extra virgin olive oil.
Visitors, together with expert farmers, will be able to perform the manual harvesting of olives and watch at the milling operations. At the end of the experience there will be a lunch with olives and oil extracted with its characteristic clarity and slightly spicy and intense note.
