Thanks to the following experience you will be able to follow the natural process of the production of cheese, especially ovines, that still respect the traditional methods of processing, starting from the manual milking and then move to the process of making cheese of the ricotta cheese and typical cheese as “Pecorino Siciliano D.O.P.” and “Vastedda della Valle del Belice

 

At the end of the experience you would taste “Zabbina”, ricotta cheese just obtained containing the serum, and a lunch at a cheese factory with their fresh cheeses.
