Participants can make the experience of picking mushrooms in the wonderful places of western Sicily like the Madonie Park or in the
Forest Ficuzza only in periods of productive activity under the guide of an experienced mycologist and equipped with a wicker basket.
ANTIQUE SEA SALT MINING
Thanks to this experience will deepen the process to obtain sea salt in Trapani, which has now become a presidium of the association
Slow Food.
