WILD PLANT FORAGING
Led by a an expert, in the green countryside of Sicily, participants will embark on an adventure to the discovery and recognition of wild plants and fruits.
There are several wild species such as wild fennel or thistles, representing some of the main ingredients used in Sicilian cuisine. Others, such as nettles or borage, are still used for therapeutic purposes.
The day will conclude with a lunch based on what will be collected during the day.
